Zusammenfassung

Sunrise Communications AG is seeking an experienced ML/GenAI engineer to design, build, deploy and operate production-grade ML/GenAI solutions within the ADAO Hub. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Domain Pods to translate business needs into scalable, secure production services across batch and real-time workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in ML engineering, MLOps, software/data engineering or related roles, with proven end-to-end production of ML/GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps for ML workloads, plus IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and GitOps.
• Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and serving patterns (REST/gRPC, batch, streaming).
• Strong Python software engineering, containers (Docker) and cloud deployment; GenAI/RAG experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop & industrialize ML/GenAI solutions and translate business roadmaps into scalable designs.
• Own & evolve MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD templates and model promotion.
• Operate experimentation & feature management with reproducible pipelines and dataset/version control.
• Model documentation, governance & risk with data sources, privacy and auditability.
• Observability, reliability & incident response including SLOs/SLIs and runbooks.
• Enablement & reusable components through coaching and platform libraries.
