Novartis is seeking a Director, Deployment Strategist, Applied AI to drive strategic AI projects for the CEO and Executive Committee. The role focuses on defining cross-cutting AI solutions, generating strategic insights, and serving as a subject matter expert while building a network of AI leaders across the company.

The position requires a strong background in digital/AI, governance of strategic transformation, and experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in a pharma/healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA).
• Proficiency in English required; other languages a plus.
• 2+ years in digital/AI fields (product management, digital analytics, building software products).
• Experience in pharma/healthcare with business impact.
• Significant consultancy experience at manager level.

Aufgaben

• Independently drive strategic tech/AI projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee.
• Define cross-cutting solutions to enable AI to scale in the business.
• Generate strategic insights for top-level leaders on AI and Reimagining Work.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AI topics.
• Develop network of tech/AI experts and leaders across Novartis.
