Mistral is seeking an Applied AI Engineer focused on DevOps to help customers adopt our products and solve complex technical challenges. You will deploy AI applications and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and customers to drive real impact in key industries worldwide.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of high-stakes projects, from architecture discussions to data handling, app development, and contributing to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2+ years in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Experience deploying AI-based products in production.
• Fluent Python programming.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong cloud knowledge: AWS/Azure/GCP and on-premises.
• Infrastructure as code tools: Terraform or Ansible.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex tech to varied audiences.

Aufgaben

• Onboard customers to our products, guiding deployment and integrations across GPU to full infrastructure.
• Deploy state-of-the-art AI applications with customers, enabling transformation.
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex projects including deployment, scaling, and OSS contributions.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and explain Mistral technologies to stakeholders.
