Job-Room sucht einen SAP-Experten für PP/QM in Hinwil. Sie arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern, erfassen Anforderungen und übersetzen sie in funktionale Konzepte, Spezifikationen und SAP-Lösungen.

Ownership der PP- und QM-Themen im SAP-Logistikumfeld, Durchführung von Anpassungen und Begleitung von ABAP-Entwicklungen. Sie analysieren Produktions- und Qualitätsprozesse, erstellen Dokumentationen und Schulungsmaterialien, unterstützen im 2nd/3rd Level Support und arbeiten mit externen Partnern sowie

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Fundierte PP/QM Kenntnisse mit Verständnis von Produktionsplanung, Fertigung und Qualitätsmanagement.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; ABAP-Debugging-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung mit SAP PP-DS und MES ist ein Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Kooperation mit internen Stakeholders, Anforderungen aufnehmen und in SAP-Lösungen übersetzen.
• Ownership der SAP PP- und QM-Themen im SAP-Logistikumfeld.
• SAP-Customizing in PP und QM durchführen und Prozesse implementieren.
• Analyse von Produktions- und Qualitätsprozessen und identifizieren von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
• Dokumentation und Schulungsmaterial für Key User erstellen.

Your tasks: Work closely with internal business stakeholders, capture their requirements and translate them into clear functional concepts, specifications and SAP solutions

Take ownership of the SAP PP and SAP QM topics within the SAP logistics environment

Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and lead the implementation of new or improved SAP processes from an IT application perspective

Analyse production and quality management processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Handle questions, incidents and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support

Create functional and configuration documentation as well as training material for key users and process experts

Prepare specifications for ABAP developments and accompany the developers during implementation

Work together with other SAP experts, system specialists and external consulting partners

Contribute to projects, rollouts, process harmonisation and optimisation initiatives

Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent qualification

Deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP PP and QM with a strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing, quality management and related SAP logistics processes

Confident in working closely with key users and process experts, constructively challenging requirements and translating business needs into practical SAP solutions

ABAP debugging skills and ABAP development experience are a strong asset

Experience with SAP PP-DS is a strong asset

Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an asset

Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a passion for continuous improvement

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across global teams; fluent in English (German is an asset) and legally authorised to work in Switzerland
