Job summary

Inventx is seeking an experienced IT professional in Chur or Switzerland to help operate and advance Finnova modules for account master data, printing systems, and electronic archives. You will configure modules, handle change requests, and support onboarding new customers.

Fluency in German and banking domain knowledge are required, with a proactive approach to automation and quality. Hybrid work and Swiss working conditions are offered.

Qualifications

• Banking knowledge and Finnova experience are required.
• Experience with SQL and banking platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to understand complex interrelationships and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop Finnova modules for account master data, safe deposit box, printing system and electronic archive.
• Configure Finnova modules and implement change requests and incidents promptly.
• Contribute to projects from parameter adjustments to onboarding new customers.
• Support release management through configuration and testing.
• Clarify business requirements and prepare effort estimates for banking customers.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to uphold high bank industry standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement them directly.
