Job summary

Inventx is seeking an Application Manager for Finnova customer data solutions across multiple locations (Chur, Zurich, St. Gallen, Bern) or home office. Flexible full- and part-time options are available.

You will shape the operation and ongoing development of Finnova modules, including customer master data, AWB, AML and KYC, and plan changes while collaborating with customers and suppliers. You independently implement change requests, manage incidents, and contribute to release management.

Qualifications

• Banking know-how or completed IT training.
• Finnova experience and SQL skills preferred.
• Knowledge of customer data management, AWB, AML/KYC.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering is a plus.
• Strong communicator and business-fluent in German.

Responsibilities

• Jointly operate and further develop Finnova modules and subsystems (customer master data, AWB, AML, KYC).
• Plan change requests and incidents independently.
• Work on projects from field adjustments to onboarding new customers.
• Support release management through timely configuration and testing.
• Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities directly.
