Zusammenfassung

Klanik in Lausanne is seeking an Application Support Engineer for the IT Trading Team to analyze and fix user problems and develop new functionalities to meet customer needs.

You will handle 1st/2nd level support, work across Linux/Windows, SQL, and cloud services, and contribute to architecture decisions while ensuring reliability of business-critical applications.

Qualifikationen

• Hands on experience with 1st or 2nd level support of business-critical applications.
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Schematic, Java, AWS Cloud Services, Bash scripting, Full Stack development appreciated.
• C#, Selenium, Outlook VBA can be useful but not mandatory.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA.

• Analyze and fix the problems encountered by users and develop new functionalities to meet the customer's needs.
• Carry out software development (specifications, modeling, design, coding) while respecting technical and business constraints.
• Determine the technical choices allowing to consolidate the architecture.
