Klanik in Lausanne is seeking an Application Support Engineer for our IT Trading Team. You will analyze and fix user issues and contribute to new functionalities that meet customer needs, while aligning with technical and business constraints.

You will carry out software development tasks, including specifications, modeling, design, and coding, and help determine the architectural choices to consolidate the system.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with 1st or 2nd level support of business-critical applications.
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Python and Pandas for data processing.
• Full Stack development is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA.
• AWS Cloud Services knowledge.
• Java, C#, Bash scripting, Selenium can be useful.
• Outlook VBA can be useful but not mandatory.
