Job summary

EPAM Systems in Lausanne, Switzerland is seeking an Application Engineer to join our onsite team. You will develop and maintain critical applications supporting scheduling, dispatch, risk management and compliance processes.

You will lead requirements, collaborate with managers and agile teams to deliver backlog items while ensuring regulatory adherence and security guidelines across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience elicitating and specifying complex business requirements.
• Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2, REMIT regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure as a Product Owner or Proxy PO in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Forms, Python and C#.
• Excellent analytical skills translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Background in backlog refinement and risk assessment.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland in an onsite working mode. In this role, you will develop and maintain critical applications that support scheduling, dispatch, risk management and compliance processes. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency and regulatory adherence across complex environments.
