Schneider Electric Schweiz is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to design and deliver technical infrastructure solutions for data centers, utilities and industrial clients across the D-A-CH region. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Tendering and Project teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software, and a focus on energy efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle with Sales, Tendering, Product Management and Project Execution teams.
• Assess emerging technologies and drive integration of innovative solutions into projects.
• Support solution costing, proposals, represent Schneider Electric at events, and deliver training sessions.

Your IMPACT:

• You will develop and design technical infrastructure solutions for customers in the data center, utilities and industrial segments across the D-A-CH region, aligning customer requirements with Schneider Electric's portfolio of medium-voltage and transformer solutions.
• In collaboration with colleagues and technology partners, you will deliver integrated hardware and software solutions and ensure seamless system integration.
• You will analyze complex customer requirements and develop energy-efficient and cost-effective solution concepts to support proposals, tenders and customer projects.
• You will provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Tendering, Product Management and Project Execution teams.
• You will assess emerging technologies, identify technical and commercial risks at an early stage and drive the integration of innovative solutions into current and future projects.
• You will support solution costing and proposal preparation, represent Schneider Electric at industry events and deliver both internal and customer-facing technical training sessions.

Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's) and ideally complement your technical background with solid commercial understanding.
• You bring experience from the data center, utilities or industrial environment and have a proven track record in engineering and/or project management.
• You are fluent in French and English. German language skills are an advantage. Your language skills enable you to communicate confidently with customers across the DACH region and international stakeholders.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and building long-term partnerships, whether virtually, over the phone or in person.
• You are highly organized, thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your customer-focused and solution-oriented approach helps you develop convincing recommendations and achieve results.
