• You work on the UKA Connect software and are responsible for specific components.
• Independently plan and develop the backlog for your components according to the roadmap.
• Maintain active exchanges with developers, testers, internal specialists, and customer support as a hub.
• Drive major optimisations and innovations from input through analysis to implementation over several months.
• Delve into complex areas, continuously testing optimisations and innovations.
• Support the support team, analyse errors and ensure correction.
• Create customer documentation and conduct internal training.
• Undergo a structured induction with plenty of scope for design and ownership.
