VF EMEA Internship Program at our Stabio, Switzerland HQ is seeking an Allocator Intern for The North Face. Start date February 1, 2027 for a 12-month, full-time internship with a gross monthly salary of 1,850 CHF.

As part of the allocation team, you will analyze sales and inventory data, support stock replenishment, and collaborate with stores and planning teams across Europe. This hands-on internship provides exposure to retail allocation and broader supply chain processes.

• You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027
• You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship

As an Allocator Intern for Full Price Stores, you will support the allocation team in optimizing product distribution across our Full Price Stores European locations. You will gain hands‑on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and allocation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of full‑price retailing.

You will learn fundamentals of retail allocation, inventory management, order processing and understanding of broader supply chain process.

You will get understanding of how full‑price retail differs from outlet retail in terms of product lifecycle and customer behavior.

• Assist in the allocation of merchandise to Full Price Stores based on sales trends, inventory levels, and store capacity.
• Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for replenishment or transfers to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to support allocation decisions and identify underperforming or overstocked items.
• Collaborate with stores, planning, buying, and store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow.

• Experience in store environment is considered as a plus.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:

• A keen interest in retail and outlet business models.
• The ability to analyze and interpret sales and inventory data.
• The capability to work with Excel and data tools (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• An understanding of basic retail, supply chain or merchandising principles.
