ALPADIA Language Schools SA is hiring Airport Representatives for summer 2024 at Basel Airport. The role involves welcoming students, ensuring safe check-in, and coordinating transfers to summer camps.

The ideal candidates are reliable, open-minded, and willing to work weekends. Join an international team and contribute to an unforgettable experience for young learners.

Dates of commitment are every Saturday and Sunday from June 23 to August 10, 2024.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students at the weekend and provide information.
• Ensure safe and efficient check-in for students.
• Accompany students to transfers between camps and airports.
• Liaise with managers and service providers to resolve issues.

Alpadia Language Schools from Kaplan International Languages offers all‑year round schools in Montreux, Berlin, Freiburg and Lyon, teaching French and German. Alpadia also provides English, French and German summer courses for juniors and teens in Europe and North America. Your role

• At the weekend welcoming and giving more information to the students going to our camps
• Ensuring the safe and efficient check‑in of students to ensure they depart safely
• Accompanying the students to the person in charge of the transfers between the camps and the airports
• Liaising with the Summer Camps Manager, Camps Manager, Customer Care officers, taxi companies and airlines to resolve any issues speedily and effectively.
