Julius Baer is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to shape strategic AI journeys across the bank. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable delivery initiatives and drive measurable value through AI-enabled change.

You will collaborate with the AI Office and other units to prioritise opportunities, monitor adoption, and communicate progress to executive audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, technology, data science or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services, wealth management or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tech, process re-engineering, workflow automation and analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across levels.

Aufgaben

• Collect and evaluate AI ideas across the bank; provide recommendations.
• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify AI-driven redesign opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to re-imagine journeys and ensure implementation readiness.
• Develop a framework to evaluate AI opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Translate prioritized opportunities into delivery-ready initiatives with AI ART and other units.
• Support value realisation and execution of prioritised AI use cases.
• Lead strategic AI initiatives and present to stakeholders with clear messages.
• Define and monitor KPIs; report progress, adoption and value delivered.
