Zusammenfassung

Luware AG, a leading Swiss AI-driven SaaS provider, is expanding its AI Transformation Team in Zurich. The role focuses on identifying impactful AI use cases, embedding AI into daily workflows, and training internal teams to become a Customer Zero reference for Microsoft.

You will work across departments to prototype, deploy, and govern advanced AI solutions, with emphasis on responsible AI and data security in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Business Information Systems combined with technical understanding.
• Proven experience in digital transformation or AI technology adoption/integration roles.
• Deep expertise of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure AI stack including Cognitive Services.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LLM integration, agent frameworks, and MCP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, ethical AI use, and responsible AI principles.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
• Turn prioritized use cases from the AI transformation roadmap into working prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for various teams.
• Track usage metrics, adoption rates, and report on AI usage impact across the organization.
• Support internal communications and guide teams through the cultural shift toward AI adoption.
• Ensure responsible use of AI aligned with company policies, data security, and compliance standards.
