You will explore AI solutions at the intersection of FEM, vision, and 3D geometry, and contribute to AI pipelines spanning data generation, simulation, and model training.

The role requires a PhD or degree in CS/engineering with strong ML, geometry, and software engineering skills. German is a plus; English required for collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or degree in computer science, engineering or natural science.
• Expertise in machine learning and geometry for 3D data is beneficial.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and simulation-driven learning is a plus.
• Strong math, optimization and statistical learning foundations.

Aufgaben

• Explore AI solutions at the intersection of FEM simulation, CV and geometry modeling.
• Develop AI-based technologies combining synthetic data, simulation, and ML.
• Design methods to process and analyze 3D mesh data efficiently.
• Apply surrogate-modeling techniques to learn from large synthetic datasets.
• Build scalable AI pipelines for geometry generation, simulation, data prep, training and validation.
• Collaborate with experts in sheet metal forming, simulation tech, software engineering and ML.
• Work in an agile SCRUM team.
