Job summary

Epic Fusion Corp seeks an AI-Ready Solutions Architect for Workplace & Security to design secure, AI-ready cloud and on-premises environments in Bern/Zurich with hybrid work options. The role focuses on enabling Copilot and AI agents while protecting sensitive data and identities.

You will implement target architectures, streamline identities, and set governance using Defender, Purview, and Azure services, collaborating with CIOs and technical teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree from FH/HF or equivalent recognized by Switzerland.
• Several years of cloud or security experience in Microsoft environments.
• Ability to explain security and governance decisions to CIOs.
• Experience with Copilot, Agents, or Purview a plus.
• Proficient German and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design target architectures for modern workplaces using Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Streamline identities, permissions, and data classification for Copilot/agents exposure control.
• Develop security and governance strategies using Defender, Purview, and Agent 365.
• Automate repetitive tasks via Graph API, PowerShell, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Analyze customer environments, set priorities, and communicate plans to technical and management teams.
