Job summary

Lonza is seeking an experienced AI Products Lead to drive the AI product portfolio across the value chain. You will own the lifecycle from opportunity to retirement, partnering with AI Factory, technology teams and business stakeholders to maximize value.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with flexibility for up to 20% remote work on a case-by-case basis, supporting medicines manufacturing with high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Significant experience leading AI product management.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, scalability and value.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and product lifecycle.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape and prioritize AI opportunities delivering measurable business impact.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from strategy to retirement.
• Translate challenges into scalable AI products and use cases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among business, data, IT and external partners.
• Establish product governance, success metrics and portfolio management.
• Drive user adoption and change management across the organization.
• Ensure AI products comply with responsible AI principles and regulatory expectations.
