Zusammenfassung

Adnovum in Zürich is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build and operate the internal AI-native software factory. You’ll combine platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery to power AI-native client offerings with security, observability and governance at enterprise scale.

You will own design, pipelines, IaC, and cost transparency while collaborating with engineering teams to turn technical innovation into value for customers. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows and IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift or comparable container platforms.
• Experience with observability, reliability engineering and incident management.
• Knowledge of security best practices, identity management and secrets handling.

Aufgaben

• Designing, operating and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform.
• Establishing quality gates, testing and verification mechanisms.
• Curating engineering standards, templates and architecture guidelines.
• Operating observability, security controls and policy guardrails.
• Managing platform configuration, LLM access and cost transparency.
• Supporting project onboarding and secure project isolation.
• Driving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability and delivery metrics.
