Job summary

LGT Private Banking in Zürich is seeking a DevOps/platform engineer to develop, automate and stabilise AI and infrastructure platforms for internal teams. You will work at the intersection of platform engineering, automation and AI enablement to deliver reliable, scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities include automating workflows, building scripts in Go and PowerShell, and supporting containerised workloads on OpenShift and AKS.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, platform, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of automation, scripting and modern operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with Go, Windows PowerShell and container technologies such as OpenShift and/or AKS.
• Good understanding of infrastructure platforms, modern platform architectures and operational platform services.
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI-related services or AI platform environments is an advantage.
• English language skills; German language skills are an advantage

• Contribute to engineering projects from evaluation and design through to implementation.

• You support internal engineering teams in integrating and using our AI and platform services.
• Support the deployment and operation of containerised workloads on OpenShift and AKS.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, engineering standards and automation practices.

Job Description

In this role, you will further develop, automate and stabilise our AI and infrastructure platforms. Working at the intersection of platform engineering, automation and AI enablement, you will help provide reliable, scalable and maintainable platform capabilities for internal teams.
