Dialectic, a crypto-native investment and software firm in Zug, is seeking an AI-native Business Analyst to join the team full-time. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams to drive AI-driven workflows and data-driven decision making.

The role requires fluency with AI tools, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to turn ambiguous briefs into concrete outputs.

Qualifikationen

• AI-native: fluency with modern AI tools (Claude code, agents, copilots).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal English; German is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to visualize data.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Vimcal.
• Self-starter who can work independently from ambiguous brief.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Willingness to work in Zug.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities to use AI/LLM to streamline workflows.
• Conduct research and prepare reports for potential investments using LLMs.
• Consolidate financial and operational data into dashboards for analysis.
• Run special interest and strategic projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Business Development.
• Help develop internal tools and workflows to support growth.
