Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Interest in AI, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, metadata modeling, or information architecture.
• Experience in web design, UX/UI concepts, prototyping, or SharePoint Online is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of AI and Data Academy learning programs and training materials.
• Research AI trends and translate business use cases into practical learning content.
• Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Organize content, navigation structures, and information architecture for the Process Wiki / Knowledge Navigator.
• Contribute to taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge management best practices.
• Apply AI tools and support AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
• Create user-friendly digital content, page concepts, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic AI and knowledge management projects.
