LHH in Lausanne, Switzerland seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent AI solutions that improve operational efficiency across functions. You will work on enterprise-wide AI initiatives, building agents, copilots and automation while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality results.

The role requires strong Python/JavaScript skills, expertise in prompt engineering, and experience integrating AI with enterprise systems. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience developing AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Good programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, maintainable code).
• Experience designing scalable and reusable AI architectures is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is a strong asset.
• Fluent English required.
