Based in Zug with hybrid work and travel to DE; you will set segmentation, channels, lifecycle, and partner with agencies. Reports to the CEO and drives growth across D2C, B2B and EU markets as the company expands.

Qualifikationen

• Own paid social, search and creator campaigns with CAC, LTV, ROAS focus.
• Proven ability to cut costs via AI tools and automation.
• Delivers personally, prioritises under tight resources.
• Native or near-native English; English is working language with partners.
• First leadership experience or readiness to lead a small team.

Aufgaben

• Own brand, demand and marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Set target segments, positioning, channel architecture and quarterly planning.
• Run the channel mix across paid social, search, affiliate, creator and organic; track CAC, ROAS and margin.
• Rebuild marketing around current AI tools and agents; automate content, research, localization and reporting.
• Evolve the brand world across content, organic, paid social and partnerships.
• Own lifecycle marketing, email and automation, and the subscription model; track LTV.
• Scale Germany as current focus; parallel EU markets; steer Asia partnerships.
• Take over marketing team from COO; develop team; manage agencies and freelancers.
