Artificialy in Switzerland seeks an AI Engineer to take ML/LLM projects from prototype to production, fine-tuning, deployment, inference optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement alongside AI scientists and software engineers using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You hold a Master’s in CS or engineering, have 3+ years in AI roles, and strong Python/SQL with experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud platforms.

English proficiency required; on-site 80%+.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working experience as AI Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience deploying and operating ML/LLM systems in production (serving, monitoring, cost/latency optimization).
• Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) and familiarity with deployment tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Take ML/LLM projects from prototype to production, including fine-tuning, deployment, inference optimization, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with AI scientists, software engineers, infrastructure and domain experts to integrate solutions into enterprise ecosystems using modern deployment tooling.
• Work in project teams to deploy and operate production ML/LLM systems with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
