Zusammenfassung

VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, is seeking an AI & Cloud Application Architect to shape the future of cloud-based business applications in the SCM department. You will define architectural standards for scalable cloud solutions, oversee AI model performance, and lead cross-functional workshops to translate business needs into technical blueprints.

You will shape the long-term technology stack and vendor strategy while mentoring the SCM AI hub.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, math, engineering, or physics.
• Hands-on cloud development experience in Azure; knowledge of AWS, GCP and Databricks is a plus.
• Advanced coding skills in Python and SQL and experience architecting complex cloud solutions.
• Expert knowledge in data engineering, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Proven track record in AI/ML pipelines, preferably in forecasting or supply chain applications.
• Mastery of the full software development lifecycle (CI/CD, design, prototyping, deployment, maintenance).
• Senior-level experience in cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.

Purpose of the role

Join us as a AI & Cloud Application Architect to shape the future of cloud-based business applications in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. You'll drive innovation, help to establish a competence center, and train the organization on advanced cloud and AI solutions.
