Job summary

Zurich Group Audit is seeking a data and AI enablement specialist to help international auditors use analytics to improve decisions and risk responses.

You will coach internal auditors, partner with regional Centres of Excellence to embed analytics into audit planning, and develop AI-enabled workflows while promoting responsible experimentation and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data, AI or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience turning data into measurable value.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and automation tools.
• Understanding of property and casualty and/or life insurance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

What you will do

• Coach and upskill internal auditors through practical one-to-one training, helping them apply data analytics and AI safely, efficiently and with a clear focus on value.
• Partner with local audit teams and regional Centres of Excellence to identify, prioritise and access useful data sources, and embed analytics into audit planning and delivery.
• Use your understanding of insurance, data and emerging technology to support risk assessment, audit planning and the identification of key risks.
• Develop new learning approaches, techniques and AI-enabled workflows that expand what is possible for the audit function and encourage responsible experimentation.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships across regions and contribute to a culture of quality, ethics, collaboration and continuous learning.

What you bring

• At least two years of experience using data to create measurable value, with exposure to areas such as data engineering, visualisation, text analytics, process mining, AI or generative AI.
• A good understanding of property and casualty and/or life insurance, with the ability to connect data insights to business and risk considerations.
• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or comparable professional qualification, in data, AI or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with relevant analytics and automation tools, for example Excel/Power Query, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Dataiku, KNIME, Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, Databricks or Microsoft Copilot/Agents.
• Strong relationship-management and influencing skills, a genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn, and fluent written and spoken English.
