• Proven track record of cross-disciplinary collaboration and leadership.
• Experience in mission or program design and budget management.

Aufgaben

• As Agriculture Mission Lead, define the Agriculture Mission within the GeoLab and drive its outcomes.
• Engage directly with farmers, advisory services, producer organisations and authorities.
• Translate practitioner needs into research and product goals, and drive field pilots and adoption.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets within the mission charter.
• Collaborate with GeoLab and external partners to validate and integrate solutions.
• Represent ETH Swiss GeoLab in agricultural, policy and innovation communities.
