Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an AI Agentic Developer to implement solutions within a Tier-1 wealth management bank in the Agentic Products Team. You will work with the latest AI technologies to deliver agent-driven value in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You will develop production-grade LLM capabilities, integrate AI services with enterprise platforms, and craft robust prompts. The role requires strong Python skills and hands-on orchestration, in a setting that emphasizes rapid adaptation

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for AI workflows.
• Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD in a team.
• Hands-on agentic AI system design and orchestration.
• Strong prompt engineering for reliable LLM outputs.
• Understanding of A2A orchestration principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Comfort with rapid changes and evolving tech stacks.
• Experience with Azure cloud / Kubernetes setup.
• Data transformation and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, including prompts, model configuration, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and support approval, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability with logical reasoning.
• Design and develop reusable agentic AI workflows with LangGraph and LLMs.
• Craft and refine clear prompts for diverse tasks.
• Use Git for version control and GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
