Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an AI Agentic Developer to build production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities for a Tier‑1 wealth management bank. You will design reusable agentic AI workflows, craft effective prompts, and integrate AI services with enterprise platforms while ensuring security, monitoring, and operational readiness.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, Git, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud orchestration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD in a team.
• Experience with agentic AI system design and orchestration.
• Strong prompt engineering for reliable LLM outputs.
• Understanding of A2A orchestration principles.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Willing to work in a fast-changing environment.

• - Develop production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, covering prompt and model configuration, evaluation, guardrails and monitoring.- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and support approval, documentation and operational readiness.- Problem-solving ability with logical reasoning.- Design and develop reusable agentic AI workflows with LangGraph and LLMs.- Craft and refine clear, effective prompts for diverse tasks.- Use Git for version control and GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
