Job summary

Tertianum Le Rolliet in Plan-les-Ouates (GE) opens in April 2026. We are seeking an Operations / Technical Agent to drive safety, technical performance and a welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will coordinate with teams to implement opening procedures, maintain installations and ensure adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes technical know-how, clear communication and proactive problem solving, with a strong focus on safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CFC in operations or equivalent training.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the implementation and structuring of technical and safety processes as part of the establishment's opening.
• Inspect, monitor and maintain the building's technical installations and equipment.
• Carry out or coordinate the necessary work, repairs and interventions to ensure the establishment functions properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, Tertianum group directives and applicable cantonal regulations.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of safety, prevention and training measures in line with occupational health and safety standards and the Tertianum safety concept.
• Monitor missions and interventions, paying particular attention to the quality of work performed and adherence to commitments.
• Collaborate with various departments and contribute to a culture of feedback, prevention and continuous improvement.
• Manage waste as well as purchasing, budget monitoring and administrative elements related to the service.

Your role

You directly contribute to the safety, smooth operation and quality of the establishment's environment. In connection with the teams, you are a point of reference for technical matters and help to foster a shared culture of safety and prevention.

Your role relies as much on your technical expertise as on your ability to communicate, explain, support and find solutions.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as operations agent or equivalent training.
• Good knowledge in the fields of safety, SIBE and ideally MSST.
• Experience in the technical field, ideally in a medico-social establishment or comparable environment.
• Good command of IT tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to prioritise.
• Good interpersonal skills, warm attitude and enjoyment of contact with residents and teams.
• Enjoyment of varied challenges, solution seeking and continuous improvement.
• Very good command of French.
