Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in Aerospace / Aeronautics engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace / Aeronautics plus related Master's degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Safety Engineering in Aeronautics.
- Relevant RAMS experience.
- Extensive knowledge of ARP4754 and ARP4761.
- Experience with FAR CS-23 & CS-25, CS-27, CS-29, SC-VTOL and SC-Light UAS is valued.
- Proficient in English; German a plus.
Aufgaben
- Identify aircraft safety requirements through customer iteration and documentation review to ensure designs meet Safety regulations across life-cycle.
- Identify hazards and propose mitigations for procurement, manufacture, assembly, testing, operation, and maintenance.
- Perform hazard analyses (PSSA, FHA, SSA, FTA).
- Support certification strategy discussions with authorities and customers.
