In this pivotal role, you as Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with Research and Development teams within Cardiovascular Metabolics, Immunology and Infectious Diseases DTA and the entire CMI2 community. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless business operations through proactive administrative support and effective cross-departmental coordination. Furthermore:
You have an administrative qualification, a Bachelor-s degree, or equivalent, combined with proven administrative experience. You are proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity tools, with experience using AI to simplify administrative tasks and processes. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. You are fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. You are collaborative, flexible and proactive, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute where needed. You are a confident problem solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
