Job summary

Red Gold, Inc. in Genf is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely shipping, and coach a team of 9–12 direct reports.

You will manage training, disciplinary actions, document flow, and security coordination, with HACCP training, and work closely with the DC Manager to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 9–12 direct reports in warehousing operations.
• Train and follow up with employees; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Inspect the warehouse for safety and adherence to quality, rotation, and accuracy policies.
• Coordinate shift changes for efficiency and timeliness.
• Follow up on shipping documents and ensure timely processing.
• Assist the DC Manager in security and fire safety issues.

Inspection of Warehouse

• Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and free from injuries
• Ensure that the quality, rotation and accuracy policies are always adhered to
• Manage shift change to ensure that they are carried out in an efficient and timely fashion

Follow-up with Shipping Documents

• Ensure that accurate timely processing of documents occurs
• coach employees who need help

Requirements for Success:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in any of the following: Supervision, Business, Management
• 2 - 4 years Supervisory experience in a warehousing or plant environment
