Zusammenfassung

DWS Group is seeking an internship participant to support the Private Wealth Sales Zurich team, assisting in creating client materials and analyzing product flows. The role offers exposure to global asset management and collaboration across Product, Investment and Marketing teams.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German (C2) and English, within a Bachelor's or Master's study track with limited work experience, and eager to develop in a fast-paced financial services environment in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor student graduating in 2027 or 2028 OR Master student graduating in 2028.
• Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and customized client materials.
• Analyze flows and product performance to support client conversations and internal reporting.
• Work closely with different departments and teams within DWS to obtain necessary information, updates and solutions to clients’ requests.
• Participate in client conference calls, meetings, events and roadshows as well as in internal product trainings.
• Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research and presenting findings to the team.

About the Client Coverage Division

The Client Coverage Division (CCD) is responsible for the global distribution of DWS' entire product range and for serving customers and distribution partners. Customers and distribution partners include credit institutions, investment companies, family offices, insurance companies, pension funds and investment funds, as well as public institutions and bodies (e.g. federal or state governments) and non-profit organizations, such as churches and foundations.

Private Wealth Sales Zurich

The Private Wealth Team in Zurich is responsible for distributing a broad range of active and passive investment solutions to Private Wealth and Wholesale clients across Switzerland, including one of Europe’s leading ETF and ETC platforms. We engage with a diverse range of investors and distribution partners, including asset managers, banks, family offices, insurers, pension funds and digital platforms.

As a key growth area within DWS, our focus lies in expanding our market reach across Private Wealth and Wholesale, strengthening client relationships, and delivering investment solutions tailored to evolving client needs. Close collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Investment and Marketing ensures we stay aligned with client demand and market trends.

As our DWS Intern, you will:

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and customized client materials.
• Analyze flows and product performance to support client conversations and internal reporting

All CCD Teams are looking for:

• Fluent (C2) German and advanced English language skills
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills as well as a structured approach to work on complex projects
• Keen interest in financial services and ability to quickly grasp new and complex topics; prior relevant experience is not required
• Passionate, ambitious and collaborative team member
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and ability to think outside the box
• Eligibility based on the eligibility criteria mentioned at the top of this post
