UBS is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Zurich. The 18-month program combines firm-wide onboarding, professional and technical training, and rotations across teams to develop wealth management skills.

Learn from mentors, gain client-facing experience, and participate in strategic projects while building a network of industry leaders. Start Date: 1 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree within 24 months preceding the program start date.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); Mandarin fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service and handle administrative tasks across client processes.
• Be point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, stock orders, FX, loans and deposits.
• Assist with onboarding, due diligence, account opening, and monitoring of client activities; support documentation for client meetings and trips.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and problems through timely, professional interactions with clients and internal partners.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure client accounts comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with different teams on strategic projects to improve client experience and drive engagement.
• Build understanding of UBS’s industry, culture, and strategy to meet client needs.
• Develop professionally by networking with mentors and leaders.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders for exposure to the business.

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

You'll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) for UHNW APAC Switzerland team in Zurich. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 24 months prior to the program start date


• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Mandarin required

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
