Position Summary
Achēvis seeking a dedicated and experiencedCoordinatorto support and supervise theIntegratedEmployment Services (IES)team in delivering high-qualityEmployment Ontarioservices. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of all IES components, aligning with funder agreements, and supporting organizational goals. The IES Coordinator will report directly to the Manager and supervise operations at the site level while fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team of dedicated staff of up to 15 individuals who are focused on helping job seekers find meaningful employment. The coordinator will inspire high performers within an environment of psychological safety and kindness. They can diffuse tense situations and find positive solutions to complex problems and are well-known as a trustworthy person. The coordinator enjoys being onsite with their team daily and are willing to occasionally work remotely and/or travel between sites to attend meetings or support client events as needed.
