• Maintain accurate records of all materials, food stores, and supplies in the inventory system
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages across various camp departments
• Ensure timely and documented warehouse deliveries, maintaining hard copies at the office
• Implement proper storage for goods in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure alignment between physical and theoretical inventory

• Three (3) years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the mining or hospitality industry
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and recent driver’s abstract required prior to position commencement
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is an asset
• Knowledge and experience with inventory management software, including POS equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

• Understanding and knowledge of perishable food stocking awareness
• Ability and desire to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as being a team player
