• Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinics.
• Assess and monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
• Complete necessary documentation according to policies, procedures, and standards set by the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers based on product monographs and program protocols, either individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints following Innomar policies and procedures.
• Ensure reliable availability of services based on employment agreements to meet the needs of the IBU and key performance indicators.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and other departments to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with patients and caregivers for appointment setup and drug delivery to homes and clinics.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and work collaboratively within the healthcare team, delegating tasks as authorized.
• Travel within designated IBUs as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, work instructions, and health and safety standards.
• Complete ongoing education and training within specified timeframes.
• Perform other duties as required and be available on standby/on call if necessary.

• Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• At least 1 year of IV initiation experience preferred.
• Current registration with a licensing body and CPR certification.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, or homecare settings.
• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA, and experience with central venous lines/ports are assets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and internet use.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and ability to work independently and travel within the area.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry and business acumen are assets.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams.
