• Handle end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and special requests.
• Understand company travel policies and ensure all bookings are compliant.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates for clients.
• Provide 24/7 support to resolve any travel issues or last-minute changes.
• Maintain accurate travel records, invoices, and itineraries for reporting purposes.
• Assist in preparing travel budgets and cost-saving strategies for corporate clients.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories for different destinations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.

• Proven experience as a travel agent or corporate travel consultant.
• Strong knowledge of global travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with corporate clients.
• Proficient in using online booking platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected changes efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel management or related travel industry roles.
• Prior experience with remote work will be an advantage.

• Flexible remote schedule; must be available during core business hours and occasionally outside normal hours for urgent travel changes.
