Our Sports team is growing and excited to welcome a new Athlete Manager to the family! This role plays an instrumental part in executing athlete partnerships and sponsorship strategies while building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our roster. Working closely with their assigned Agent and reporting to their Team Lead, the ideal candidate is a proactive go‑getter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong eye for athlete branding, and excels at relationship‑building. This position offers a true 360‑degree view of athlete representation – from day‑to‑day management to strategic brand positioning – and provides hands‑on exposure to how we support our athletes and operate as a top‑tier Talent Management Agency in North America. • Coordinate brand collaborations, PR opportunities for athletes; including campaign execution, overseeing logistics, contract fulfillment, and performance tracking
• Oversee gifting programs, managing inbound requests and sourcing new opportunities
• Support athletes with basic social content needs, including light editing of Instagram and TikTok videos to help optimize visibility and brand alignment
• Assist in athlete brand strategy & creating social media plans.
• Draft outreach emails, partnership proposals, and sales templates
• Track social media trends and monitor athlete engagement on their social accounts
• Manage athlete calendars, ensuring alignment with sponsorship commitments and key events
• Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends, new talent prospects, and sponsorship opportunities
• Identify potential brand partners, conduct outreach, and support agent negotiation efforts
• Stay ahead of sports marketing trends, helping shape strategies for talent and brand partnerships

• Recently graduated with a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of agency or in‑house experience in creative fields (PR, talent management, social media, advertising)
• Hands‑on experience editing short‑form social content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) to support athlete visibility, storytelling, and brand positioning
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills: able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Strong interest in the sports industry, through school programs, sports clubs, internships, or relevant extracurricular activities
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and stay on top of industry trends
