Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Toronto is seeking a dedicated support professional to manage cloud infrastructure and application monitoring tools. You will work closely with the Security Operations team and system architects to implement robust monitoring solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, 3 years of cloud experience, and strong skills in multiple programming languages. This role provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with cloud platforms and services.
  • Strong understanding of critical service support flows.
  • Experience with budgets, analysis, and chargebacks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for primary infrastructure.
  • Design and implement new monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements.

Skills

Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Interpersonal and oral communication skills
Programming languages (C#, C++, Java, Javascript, Python, Powershell)
Knowledge of IaC principles and tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
