A leading trade contractor in North America is seeking an experienced Roofer to install and repair various commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with materials such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC. - Proven experience in commercial roofing installation, repair, or replacement.
- Familiarity with various roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
Responsibilities
- Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
- Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on flat roofs and seal seams.
- Cut roofing paper to size and secure it as a base for other materials.
Summary: Install, repair, or replace four and/or single-ply commercial roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic composition on various sectors including but not limited to industrial, institutional and commercial buildings.

- Cut roofing paper to size using knives; and nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials
