Looking to get the most out of your upcoming internship?

Hatch is seeking a Construction Coordinator Technologist Student for a co-op term starting in January 2026. Reporting to the Construction Services Lead, Water Business Unit, you will support projects working from the Mississauga office.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Assist with site technical issues
• Manage construction documentation between the Constructor and the Engineer, such as submittals, shop drawings, and Requests for Information
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, project schedule adherence and compliance with drawings, and specifications and codes, through regular inspections
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with the preparation of field material requisitions
• Prepare punch lists
• Maintain the highest level of safety awareness and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest safety standards

Enrolled in an Engineering Technology program in Construction Management or Civil, Electrical, I&C, or Mechanical Engineering program, from an accredited College

• Excel academically while being actively involved in extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities at school or in the community

• Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects
• Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
