Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Technical Specialist to serve as a mainframe expert. The ideal candidate will have strong mainframe skills including CICS, DB2, Elixir, Endevor, IMS, and JCL. Additional skills in middleware and MQ are beneficial.

The candidate should possess thorough knowledge of Z/OS and be able to guide configuration management and release processes for Endevor. The role requires evaluating complex SQL queries, using DB2 tools, and collaborating with application developers and IT staff

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Z/OS interrelationships and functionality.
• Ability to provide configuration management / release guidance for Endevor.
• Proficiency in SQL and related techniques.
• Knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2.
• Ability to evaluate complex SQL queries for performance and cost savings.
• Capability to provide CICS administration, problem-solving and debugging with developers and DIT staff.
