Martell Media is looking for an experienced YouTube Content Strategist who can help shape the future of the company's YouTube presence. This is not a junior content role. We are looking for someone who already understands YouTube at a high level, has a strong storytelling background, and can confidently bring recommendations, ideas, and strategic direction to the team.
Success in this role means consistently identifying content opportunities, creating compelling narratives, analyzing performance data, and helping develop content that grows both audience and revenue.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD Base Salary + $18,000 variable
