Job summary

Youth Impact Jeunesse seeks a Residential Youth Worker to supervise clients living in group homes and half-way houses, and to provide crisis support as needed.

The role includes housekeeping, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for at-risk youth. Strong communication, judgement, and a team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP education required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with at-risk youth in residential settings.
