Job summary

Autism Services in Canada seeks a Youth Program Coordinator to develop and deliver activities that promote healthy lifestyles for FDFN youth and families. You will build rapport with youth, support their self-esteem, and coordinate monthly calendars and community referrals.

You will collaborate with FDFN, MLTC, and partner agencies, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, manage logistics like budgeting, shopping, facility bookings, guest speakers, and incident reporting, and help evaluate events

Qualifications

• Experience engaging youth in program development.
• Ability to coordinate activities, budgeting, and logistics.
• Experience reporting incidents and maintaining safe environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programs promoting healthy lifestyles.
• Build rapport with youth to support self-esteem.
• Develop a strong network with FDFN, MLTC and partner agencies.
• Provide a welcoming, safe environment with supervision.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned daily and maintenance issues reported.
• Prepare monthly calendar of activities and advertise it.
• Coordinate budgeting, shopping, advertising, facility bookings, guest speakers, and evaluation of events.
