A community-focused non-profit organization in Kelowna is seeking a Program Coordinator & Residential Worker to support youth experiencing barriers at home and in school. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
• Successful completion of Agency screening process, including criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Gather information relevant to youth’s concerns and goals.
• Develop and implement strength-based plans within program guidelines.
• Conduct group or individual sessions to resolve identified problems.
