• Plan and lead engaging training sessions in alignment with KLM’s development philosophy.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages player growth and confidence.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their technical and tactical skills.
• Ensure all players receive equal opportunities for participation and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and club staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.
• Attend games, tournaments, and club meetings as required.
• Adhere to club policies, including safety procedures and code of conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior coaching experience in youth soccer (preferred but not required).
• Minimum NCCP Fundamentals or Soccer for Life certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young athletes and fostering a positive soccer experience.
• Ability to commit to scheduled training sessions and games throughout the season.
• First Aid & CPR certification (preferred).
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (mandatory before starting).
• Pay Range:$20-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
